COMPANY DESCRIPTION:
CCG Technologies is an internet based marketing and sales company located in South Florida. We are a dynamic results oriented company that values initiative and encourages independent thinking. We are seeking a team oriented Asterisk systems administrator.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The qualified applicant will be an integral part of our development staff and will work together in a small team to create, administer, integrate, support, and maintain LINUX/Asterisk systems which support the business of CCG Technologies.
The qualified applicant will be responsible for assisting with the integration of new hardware and software applications across multiple locations. Proven experience-troubleshooting hardware, networking and Linux related problems as they arise.
They will be required to be flexible, detail oriented and organized with the ability to multitask and work independently. The qualified applicant must have the initiative to determine what types of tools or processes can be put in place in order for improve the VoIP Reach proprietary systems.
This position is currently open for full-time shift only, which would require a commitment from 8:30am to 5:30pm.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
** YOU MUST HAVE SOLID EXPERIENCE WITH ASTERISK!
Candidates should possess most of the following
" Understanding of Asterisk and add-on modules is required
" Understanding of VoIP termination through SIP, IAX & H.323 is required
" Experienced VoIP & network troubleshooting (strong Asterisk skills are required)
" Be able to work effectively with and maintain an organized environment (build, customize, install, maintain as well as automate these tasks)
" Have a willingness to handle urgent after hour support issues if they arise
" Have solid web-related skills
" Exhibit familiarity with component and network monitoring systems
" Solid networking experience is must.
" PHP, HTML MySQL experience is a plus.
