Job Description
|
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for:
Financial reporting on a monthly/quarterly basis
Accounting and analysis including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, supplemental schedules, account reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, overhead analysis, stock option reporting, revenue/expense analysis, inventory analysis, and other related duties
Submit financial statements and schedules to corporate headquarters via Hyperion
Assist with internal audits, external audits, and SOX compliance
Qualifications:
Relevant BA degree required
Minimum 3-5 years progressive experience in accounting
Entertainment industry experience a plus
CPA/MBA a plus
Big-4 Accounting experience a must
Experience with SAP migration a plus (planned implementation in near future)
Experience with Oracle preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
